The purpose of Perfecting Holiness Deliverance Ministries (PHD Ministries) is to preach the

Gospel of Jesus Christ and engage in mission works that will reconcile mankind to God; and to:

1. Provide a place of worship and religious education for members

2. Appoint and ordain Elders, Pastors, Evangelists, and Deacons

3. Establish boards, committees, auxiliaries, aids, circles, leadership unions, ministries, and

governing units for the administration and operation of the church

4. Lead Born-Again believers to a place where they operate proficiently in the biblical

principles of faith, love, healing, redemption, righteousness and holiness

5. Assist Believers in becoming rooted and established in the Word of God by teaching

them to give God’s Word precedence in their lives (Colossians 1:23; Psalm 112)

6. Unveil the mysteries of the Word of God to Believers (Colossians 1:25-28)

7. Build an army of mature believers, bringing them from milk to meat

8. Train believers to become skillful in the Word of Righteousness (Hebrew 5:12-14)

Additionally, our purpose is to advance the administration and nonprofit operations of this

ministry in such a manner to:

9. Receive, hold and disburse gifts, bequests and funds arising from other sources

10. Purchase, or otherwise acquire, lease as lessee, invest in, hold, use, lease as lessor,

encumber, sell, exchange, transfer, and dispose of real and personal property of every

kind and description or any interest therein, by authority and action of the board of

Trustees

11. Borrow money, and issue, sell, and pledge notes, bonds, and other evidences of

indebtedness, and secure any of its obligations by mortgage, pledge of deed of trust of

any or any of its real and personal property, of whatever kind and description or any

interest therein, by authority and action of the Board of Trustee

12. Engage in such other lawful acts or activities to accomplish its religious and charitable

purposes as contemplated by Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986

(or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) and

the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Delaware

A multi-ethnic church led and empowered by the Holy Ghost through the preaching and

teaching of the anointed Gospel of Jesus Christ. A church demonstrating the love of God by

serving the “total man”, spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially which will help souls to live

a victorious life of holiness and deliverance.

Mission

The mission of Perfecting Holiness Deliverance Ministries is to reconcile people of all ages and

races back to God by proclaiming the salvation message of Jesus Christ; equipping believers in

the understanding and revelation of the Word; and planting churches regionally and nationally.
